New Construction Projects
A new construction project is the technical document drafted by an architect that includes all the necessary information, both written and graphic (plans, 3D images, etc.), to correctly define the design and construction solutions for its construction.

Building Inspection Visit: A visit to the building is conducted to observe any possible problems and understand the needs and preferences of the owners.
Technical Documentation: We will prepare the necessary technical documentation to correctly define the work to be performed, and it will be used to request quotes from various construction companies.
- Energy Assessment and Rating of Buildings. The architect’s duties in this type of project are as follows:
- Basic and Execution Projects.
- Facility Projects for Opening and Operation of Activities.
Construction Management: We will monitor the project to ensure the results meet expectations and are defined in the project, paying special attention to meeting agreed deadlines and budgets.
